Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We recognize that plans may change, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation policy that accommodates unforeseen circumstances. Please review our guidelines below:

Standard Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations made more than 120 days before the event will incur a $200 administrative fee, which will be deducted from the total refund.
• If a cancellation request is received within 100 days of the conference, no refund will be issued. However, the registration fee may be transferred to the next scheduled event or converted into a credit for future use.
• Refunds will be processed within 60 days after receiving a cancellation request.

Policy on Force Majeure Events:
In unexpected and uncontrollable situations such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or any other force majeure incidents, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the conference. Under such circumstances:

• The conference organizers are not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred due to the cancellation or postponement.
• Registered participants may transfer their registration and accommodation fees to another event hosted by Precision Global Conferences.
