Dermatology and Plastic Surgery World Conference (DPSWC) 2025 – Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission

How to Submit:

- The abstract must be submitted electronically before the deadline.

- Provide the following details: abstract title, author(s) information, email, scientific session, and presentation type (oral/poster).

- In a uniform way, please employ direct and clear American English speaking for the sake of readability.

- You can submit infinite abstracts, but each must be different. Duplicate entries will be rejected.

- A global expert panel will review all abstracts, and emails about acceptance will be sent out.

Evaluation & Selection Process

Abstract Requirements:

- The word limit is 250 words (including references).

- Evaluation of abstracts depends on the content's scientific validity, timeliness, and innovation.

- A group of scientists and other professionals worldwide will evaluate the abstracts, and the findings will be communicated via email.

Presentation Schedule:
The comprehensive schedule, including the presentation slots, will be announced on the website one month before the event.

Speaker Guidelines
Presentation Format & Requirements:

  • Each speaker has a 20-minute slot, including Q&A.
  • Presentations should be in English and submitted in PPT or PDF format.
  • The presentation files must be submitted 15 days before the event.
  • The conference room's laptop, projector, slide pointer, and sound system eliminate the need for participants to bring their laptops.
  • Personal computers are not allowed.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Specifications & Setup:

- The posters must be positioned at least one hour before the session starts.

- Poster size: 1 meter x 1 meter.

- Plan and print your poster beforehand. On-site printing is not an option.

- During the session, the authors must be present at their posters and interact with participants.

- Posters not collected will be discarded.

Virtual Presentation Guidelines
Remote Participation & Instructions:

- A virtual presenter will receive the login credentials at least one week before the event starts.

- Log in 20 to 30 minutes before your session to avoid technical problems.

- The presentation must last 20 minutes, then a Q&A section.

- Use the screen-sharing method to present the PowerPoint slides (PPT).

- Pre-recorded presentations for whom live attendance is impossible must be submitted at least 10 to 10 days before the event.

Conference Awards & Recognition
Award Categories & Criteria:

- The Best Presentation Award: The best oral or poster presentation.

- Eligibility: Only the registered presenters are eligible for the awards.

- Judging Criteria: Originality, scientific depth, clarity, and visual impact.

- Winners will be announced at the closing ceremony and will receive certificates.

Certification Details
Delegate & Speaker Certificates:

- Certificates will include the attendee’s name and affiliation.

- Request for corrections should be made at least one month before the event.

- E-certificates will be emailed within 2-3 working days after the conference.

- Only registered attendees (not co-authors) are eligible to receive certificates.
