Facial Implant Surgery

Facial implant surgery is a type of plastic surgery used to enhance the beauty of the face. Rising beauty standards worldwide have driven the demand for facial implant surgery. This procedure is performed on the face, particularly the chin, cheeks, and jaw, to enhance the contour of the face and provide enhanced facial features.

The aging population worldwide has also significantly increased the demand for facial implants. This procedure enhances facial appearance by giving a younger look, correcting facial asymmetry, and treating deformities caused by disease or trauma. Facial implants, made from human-made or synthetic material, are inserted into the cheek, chin, or jaw. The material used for facial implants must be inert and biocompatible to prevent any adverse reaction. Examples of materials include silicone, Gore-Tex, acrylic, and many more.
