Note: Attendees registered under the “Delegate/Listener” or “Accompanying” categories are not eligible to present research in oral or poster sessions.
- Delegate/Listener is allowed to attend all the conference sessions.
- The accompanying person fee is solely for issuing an invitation and visa support letter and does not include conference access.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected situations could arise. Please go through our official cancellation and refund policy as follows:
Cancellations received 120+ Days Before the Conference are eligible for a refund after deducting a $200 administrative fee.
Cancellations Received Less Than 100 Days Before the Conference:
• Refund is not issued.
• Persons may transfer their registration to a future event or credit towards an upcoming conference.
Refund Processing: Refunds approved will be processed within 60 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events Policy
We at DPSWC 2025 understand that unforeseen events beyond our control might affect the planned event. In such an event, the following provisions are applicable:
Event Modifications
Unforeseen occurrences like natural calamities, industrial strikes, terrorism, or other force majeure events could require adjustments in the event timetable. The organizers can postpone, reschedule, or cancel the conference as needed.
Refund & Transfer Policy
Owing to such unforeseen situations, registration and accommodation charges are non-refundable. Yet, participants can transfer their registration to a future or related conference.
Liability Disclaimer
The conference organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, property loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event. Participants are encouraged to take necessary precautions and secure appropriate insurance if required.
