Biography

Dr. Sergey V. Suchkov, MD, PhD, is a distinguished Russian scientist and medical doctor with a specialization in immunology, personalized medicine, and precision nutrition. Born in Astrakhan, Russia, into a family of medical professionals, Dr. Suchkov graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University in 1980, earning his MD. He later completed his PhD at the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy and Institute of Medical Enzymology in 1985, followed by his Doctorate Degree at the National Institute of Immunology, Russia, in 2001.

Dr. Suchkov's career spans several prominent roles in clinical immunology and biomedical research. From 1989 to 1995, he served as the Head of the Laboratory of Clinical Immunology at the Helmholtz Eye Research Institute in Moscow. From 1995 to 2004, he chaired the Department of Clinical Immunology at the Moscow Clinical Research Institute (MONIKI). He was also the Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board of Biomedical Science from 1993 to 1996, a journal published in collaboration between the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK.

Currently, Dr. Suchkov holds several prestigious academic and professional positions. He is a Professor and Chair of the Department for Personalized Medicine & Precision Nutriciology at the Institute for Global Health of RosBioTech, and a Professor in the Department of Clinical Immunology at A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State Medical and Dental University (MGMSU). He also serves as the Secretary General of the United Cultural Convention (UCC) in Cambridge, UK.

In addition to his teaching and administrative roles, Dr. Suchkov is a member of several prominent scientific and medical organizations, including the New York Academy of Sciences, the American Chemical Society, the American Heart Association, the European Association for Medical Education, EPMA, ARVO, ISER, and the Personalized Medicine Coalition in the U.S. His work is recognized globally for advancing the fields of immunology, personalized medicine, and predictive healthcare.
